Terms for businesses
These terms cover featured listings that businesses buy on chargerpal.com (“ChargerPal”, “we”).
Featured listings
A featured listing places your business, offer and links at the top of the ChargerPal guide for the charger location you choose. We may edit listings for length, accuracy or clarity, and we may decline or remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful or unsuitable for a general audience.
Free trial and billing
New listings include a 60-day free trial. A payment card is required at checkout. We email you at least 7 days before the trial ends. Unless you cancel before then, your card is charged $50 per month per listing, in advance, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected] or through the billing link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; your listing stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t give partial-month refunds.
Your offers
You’re responsible for honoring the offers and codes in your listing and for their accuracy. Tell us when an offer changes and we’ll update it.
No guarantee
We report the views, taps and redemptions we can measure, but we can’t guarantee any number of customers. ChargerPal is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Independence
ChargerPal is an independent local guide and is not affiliated with Tesla or any charging network.
